MANAGEMENT OF THE NATIONAL POLICE BODIES AS A COMPONENT ELEMENT OF THE MECHANISM OF STATE ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The article defines the place of management of the National Police bodies in the mechanism of state management. It has been established that public administration acts as a key element of social administration, the meaning of which lies in the organizational and administrative activities of public authorities aimed at regulating social relations. The essence of management in the bodies of the National Police is revealed as a constituent element of the entire state management system, the quality of which directly affects the state of protection of the state’s national interests. It has been proven that the insufficient organization of the management system in the bodies of the National Police negatively affects social relations, processes and phenomena, leads to unjustified material and financial costs, as well as inefficient activities in the field of public administration. The theoretical understanding and awareness of the subjects of management relations, management mechanisms in the National Police bodies, as well as the conditions for their effective implementation are given. The significance of the management of the National Police bodies is emphasized, which is manifested in the specific activity of the bodies and officials endowed with authority – subjects of the management system to bring the police official activity in line with the laws of the management process, the interests and needs of employees, and the demands placed on the police bodies etc. The purpose of the mechanism of management of police bodies, which consists in the implementation of socially significant functions of law enforcement activity, has been clarified. The content of state administration as an organizational and administrative activity of state authorities aimed at regulating social relations is disclosed. It was established that management in the bodies of the National Police is an integral element of the state management system, the quality of which has a direct impact on the state of protection of the state’s national interests.
