PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ROAD TRAFFIC IN CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of traffic organization in martial law (special legal regime introduced in Ukraine or in some localities in case of armed aggression or threat of attack, danger of state independence of Ukraine, its territorial integrity, sovereignty and provides for the relevant state bodies authorities, military command, military administrations and local self-government bodies have the powers necessary to deter the threat, repel armed aggression and ensure national security, eliminate the threat to Ukraine's state independence, territorial integrity, and temporary threat and restrictions on human rights and freedoms. and citizen and the rights and legitimate interests of legal entities with an indication of the duration of these restrictions), its features, analysis of regulations governing the activities of public authorities of Ukraine, local governments in terms of recognition empowerment to ensure the uninterrupted movement of vehicles and the provision of additional powers and special rights to the right to drive in martial law to strengthen defense capabilities, protect state sovereignty, territorial integrity, democratic constitutional order and other national interests of Ukraine (vital human interests, society and states, the implementation of which ensures the state sovereignty of Ukraine, its progressive democratic development, as well as safe living conditions and welfare of its citizens) from real and potential threats, certain phenomena, trends and factors that prevent or complicate or may prevent or complicate the realization of national interests and preservation of national values of Ukraine. Therefore, the study of traffic features in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law is their direct definition, as well as the work of solving certain problematic issues and gaps that arise in the conditions of implementation of new legislation or amendments to the current normative legal acts. The prospects of further exploration are seen in a more detailed study of the regulatory framework, which regulates the organization and features of the road in the conditions of martial law, as well as the powers of public authorities in a certain issue.
