TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE GENDER APPROACH IN THE PHYSICAL TRAINING OF CADET GIRLS

The main attention of the article is focused on the issues of physical training of cadet girls at Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. It is outlined that according to the current trends of reforming the higher education system in Ukraine, special attention is paid to the need to study and understand various aspects of gender issues, including the formation of gender identity among cadets in different education institutions. Physical training is an important factor that increases the level of health and efficiency of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as well as promotes mastery of the profession. The purpose of physical training of women police officers is to maintain health, creative and labor activity, ensure the proper level of physical fitness and comprehensive development of physical qualities, acquisition of theoretical knowledge, formation of special-applied and vital skills necessary for operational and service work. Accordingly, the tasks of physical training highlight and specify its purpose. In this case, each task involves the relevant part of the target guidelines. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the feasibility of effective influence of the conditions for organization physical training of cadet girls using a gender approach. It is noted that the physical training of women police officers is a set of measures aimed at the formation and improvement of motor skills, development of physical qualities and abilities, taking into account the peculiarities of professional activity. The experimental methodology was based on certain stages: the first stage - adaptation; the aim is to improve the general physical fitness of cadet girls; the second stage - professional and applied physical training, where the main task is the formation of applied physical skills for girls to perform exercises for future professional activities; the third stage - improving functional readiness. It is also noted that the unification the content of physical training for men and women is not allowed. It is determined that the system of physical training of cadet girls will be effective due to the gender approach. According to the results of the experiment, the use of conditions for organizing physical training with a gender approach has a positive effect on girls' performance in the development of such physical qualities as strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, and in general on the basic level of physical fitness.
