SUBJECTIVE FACTORS IN THE DIFFERENTIATION OF LEGAL REGULATION OF LABOR RELATIONS FOR ELECTRIC TRANSPORT AND METRO WORKERS

Abstract

The article examines and studies the main subjective factors that apply to employees of city electric transport and the subway. In the context of the study, the main subjective factors that are used to differentiate transport workers in general are highlighted, and it is emphasized that not all of the named factors of differentiation are applied specifically to electric transport and subway workers. The following are identified and named as the main subjective factors by scientists: 1) increased level of psychological stress, including the monotony of work, the possibility of conflicts between citizens and drivers. Special attention is paid to the psychological stress of the driver of an electric train in the subway, because in addition to the psychological stress, the significant visual stress of the driver should also be considered; 2) age qualification, since the legislation establishes different requirements for differentiating the legal regulation of electric transport and subway workers in relation to age; 3) the state of health, which is determined on the basis of passing relevant medical examinations. Particular importance is attached to the daily medical examination, as it is important to determine the state of health and well-being of the employee before directly performing his work functions; 4) constant exposure to external factors that can negatively affect the health of a transport worker (noise, vibration); 5) clear labor discipline related to the use of sources of increased danger – vehicles; 6) constant verification of knowledge of regulatory and legal acts for individual transport workers; 7) permanent professional training of electric transport and subway workers; 8) the need to acquire additional knowledge related to the operation of trolleybuses or trams.
